Booking an Appointment
Our hours of practice are from 8 am to 8 pm Mondays to Thursdays, 8am to 6 pm Fridays, and from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays.
After hours advice can be obtained on 0451 658 658 (call 000 for emergencies)
If you would like an appointment please ring 9798 3100. New patients need to book for a long appointment (30 minutes) but usually appointments are 15 minutes in duration. If you require a longer appointment particularly for specific checkups or procedures, please inform the reception staff to ensure that your health concerns are addressed by the doctor or nurse.
Subject to the following strict limits you can also book a short appointment online with one of our doctors from your computer or internet enabled mobile phone by going to our E-Health page on this website.
However:
DO NOT BOOK URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLINE. Please phone the surgery or dial 000.
The following appointments require longer attention and CANNOT be booked online:
Childhood Immunisations
Travel Vaccines
Pap Smears
Driving Medicals
Other medicals that require paperwork to be completed
Other appointments for complex issues or several problems that may take more than 10-15minutes
Appointments are routinely 10-15 minutes. Do not book online for appointments that will take longer - please call reception and ask for a longer appointment.
